Major Matt Mason by Mattel

Major Matt Mason was one of my favorite toys from my youth. What was interesting about the "doll" is the fact it was really out before the space program was "off the ground". The toy was a one of the first if not the first space bendable action figures. A under sea version was made as an Aquanaut called Sea Devils. I unfortunately sold some of my Matt Mason items (Uni-tred & Space Bubble, Space Cannon & Misc. other items) when I was trying to buy some N scale train engines, but luckily I did keep a good portion of the collection.
