I started "surfing" the web in the early 1990's as a hobby on AOL.  From that experience I was able to see the power of this media and started developing my own web site for my toy collection and Mustang hobby.  This was done when all the HTML code was written by hand.

Later, I signed up with a local Internet Service Provider (ISP) and learned some of the other "tricks" to File Transfer Protocol (FTP), e-mail setup and domain name registration.  At the same time, I have watched my own family of sites at www.mysite4u.com grow to incorporate Java Script and CGI code, making the site more user-friendly.  Search engine and server log data have been analyzed and allowed me to have one of the top 100 diecast toy car sites .

Although I am a licensed engineer and contractor (see Resume), the fun of working with computers has been in my blood since I built my first PC in 1982 (Heathkit H-8) and CP/M operating system.

In the year 2000, I became a value-added reseller of web hosting and started developing a web design business as well as customizing Excel applications.
