Matchbox by Lesney

Matchbox cars and trucks have been manufactured under a number of different names including Lesney, TYCO, and now Mattel. The year 1969 was when the Superfast line was issued to compete with the Hot Wheels, so cars were issued in the regular wheels (normally solid black) and the Superfast with the fatter tires and chromed wheels. I have decided to start "re-collecting" around this year. My childhood collection was good but it has been added to included some mint items in the original boxes (Matchboxes).

I would like to thank my friends on the internet for working with me on this collection.
